3rd grade & 4th/5th grade social studies

My love for education began when I volunteered in an elementary school classroom at 18 years old. Since then, I have taught Pre-K through 3rd grade and obtained a Master of Arts in Teaching Early Childhood Education. I have over 12 years of experience educating young people; it has been the most fulfilling part of my life’s journey.

My favorite part of teaching is observing children become confident learners and apply problem-solving strategies in reading, writing, and math. I love to facilitate classroom activities and guide students to success in achieving their goals.  I love to incorporate songs while students are learning.

I have a twin sister and enjoy watching sports and singing.
